Make a Cowl Neck Pullover | Newport

Thursday 15th February 2018.  9.30am – 4.00pm at Cosy Hall, Newport

This fabulous batwing pullover is an ideal garment to practice your skills on the overlocker and using the stretch stitches on your sewing machine.  I made mine in a heavy weight knitted fabric making it an ideal layer to wear instead of a jacket.  Made in a sweatshirt fabric or lightweight boiled wool, it looks great with jeans or a pencil skirt and is useful any time of year.  Two possible versions can be made – one with an elasticated waistband and the other a long slouchy pullover with sleeve cuffs. It is easy to sew.

 Cost  - £70.00 including a pattern & refreshments.
